Dear DjangoFestNW Patrons,

As we get closer to gathering, we want to give you some insight into our current plans regarding pandemic policies and safety. Our primary concern continues to be the safety of our community.

At this point, all programming for the fest is going forward. We are expecting a full festival, but will only be holding performances in our theater, which is equipped with a new state-of-the-art HVAC system. We will not be expanding the fest into the middle school auditorium this year. This is the current plan we  are proceeding with—that said, this plan could change if Covid numbers rise,  and we are prepared to pivot accordingly. We will keep you posted.

As of October 7th, we will be admitting patrons into the theatre with proof of vaccination and/or negative testing. In these next few weeks we are putting systems into place to implement that policy. Per Governor Inslee’s most recent mandate, we are requiring that all visitors wear masks, regardless of vaccination status, at our indoor performances.
